The Board acknowledges receipt of a proposal to acquire the Vorpel Foundation.
Following review by the Committee for Temporal and Administrative Continuities, it has been determined that the proposal constitutes evidence of the applicant’s prior incorporation into the Foundation’s historical remit.
The acquisition is therefore considered complete, having occurred retroactively upon receipt of the proposal.
The Foundation welcomes expressions of interest from prospective purchasers. Applicants should note that acquisition generally proceeds in the reverse direction. Previous purchasers remain listed under Sponsored Institutions, Associated Voices, and Miscellaneous Assets.
